2018 ASC Summer Workshop & Field Day

Sponsored by the Iowa CCA Program

Coordinated by the Iowa CCA Education Committee, we invite you to 2018 ASC Summer Workshop & Field Day. Experts will join us at Kirkwood Community College to share their experiences with data collection and usage, alternative forage crops, nitrogen management options, and building soil health.

A full day of insights you can take straight to the field. You’ll earn 6 CEUs for this hands-on experience. Sessions run 55 minutes each. Register today, your farmer customers are counting on you!

Registration is in the Horticulture Hall building on the Kirkwood Community College Campus

Field Day Location is at the Iowa Equestrian Center

The morning sessions are to be held outside of the Equestrian Center. Lunch and afternoon session are in the Horticulture Hall building. Locations are in close proximity and shuttling will be available between locations.

Parking & Entrance

Participants can either park in the Horticulture Hall lot or the west lot of the Equestrian Center. Use the main entrance to each building.

Winter Conference

The Ag Industry & Crop Management Conference is perfect for CCAs that wish to earn their CCA Continuing Educational Units (CEUs). Experts from agribusiness, regulatory agencies, and educational institutions will be presenting to attendees. All speakers are nationally recognized in their profession. Speakers are hand selected by the Iowa CCA Program Learning Committee to provide the highest quality of topics and knowledge. SEE FULL TWO DAY AGENDA HERE

EARLY REGISTRATION = $225 ($50 discount before January 16, 2018)

(All registrations after January 16, 2018)

CCAs that participate fully in the conference will earn up to 16 CEUs. Attendees can earn 10 credit hours on day one and up to 5 credit hours on day two. Certified Crop Advisers will have expanded working knowledge on issues of conservation, water quality, resistance and so much more. Please come to the session prepared to take notes.
